We realize that everyone is super busy and sometimes things slip through the
cracks. However, it is very important
for you to RSVP by the deadline so that we know how many places to set and how
much food to prepare.
We also want to make sure everyone is comfortable. The last thing wewant
is for you to not be able to enjoy
your meal because you’re crowded at table. Rest assured that we will
always try to accommodate walk-ins, but
please keep that not all venues gives us the flexibility. If you don’t let
us know you’re coming, you run the risk of being
turned away. The last thing we want is an unpleasant and uncomfortable
situation for everyone involved.
Conversely, if your plans change and you find that can no longer make it, please
let us know by the stated deadline
(usually 5 p.m. the Wednesday before each luncheon). Anyone needing to
cancel who does not do so by this
deadline will be responsible for the full cost of the luncheon.
